- Read the MEVP011 Booklet either online or offline.

- Search a guide for You as per MEVP011 Booklet given above in Point number 1.
- Select Project Title.

- Discuss the Title with your Project Guide and if you both are agree to continue move to further step.
- Prepare a synopsis in 1500 words as per guidelines in MEVP011 Booklet.
- Write down the title on Annexure-1 and fill it completely and get signed from Project Guide.
- Prepare a pdf with
Cover Page + Your IGNOU ID Card + Guide Resume + Annexure 1 + Synopsis
- Upload the Pdf on IGNOU 07175 Dayal Singh Website for Online approval By the Center
- Once Approved, Visit the centre and get Annexure-1 stamped from from Dyal Singh College IGNOU Officials
- Prepare a Complete Project Report in 8000 words.
- Meet the Project Guide and Explain them the Complete Project Report and get Guide signature on Certificate of Originality
- Submit Complete Project Report with Annexure 1 + Certificate of Originality + Fee Submission Slip to Registrar IGNOU Maidan Garhi.
